Generalized Anxiety Disorder, also referred to as Chronic Anxiety Disorder, refers to an individuals propensity to be anxious over a long period of time (generally, at least six months). A person experiencing a chronic this disorder will constantly feel worried about daily activities, and will consistently feel apprehensive – even when he or she can not put a finger on exactly what is causing the worry.
